Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date .
After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be new, unworn and unwashed
- to be in perfect condition
- be returned in its original packaging
No refunds will be given for:
- an item that is damaged or shows signs of wear
- an incomplete or altered article for reasons beyond our control
- a return made more than 30 days after delivery
Return procedure
Before sending anything, please contact us by email at: contact@ldfclothes.com , specifying your order number , the item(s) concerned and the reason for the return .
Once your request has been validated, we will provide you with the return address and the necessary instructions.
Refunds
Once the item has been returned and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method .
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
Delay or Failure to Reimburse
If your refund is delayed:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or model, please return the item and then place a new order .
Defective products or order error
If you receive a defective, damaged, or different item than ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at: contact@ldfclothes.com.
Photos may be requested in order to process your request quickly.
Shipping
To return a product, please place the product back in its original packaging and send it by mail to:
15 Avenue de la Source, 95190, Goussainville, France .
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, these costs will be deducted.
If the product is defective or different from the one ordered, the return shipping costs will be refunded.
Exchange processing times may vary depending on your place of residence.
For items worth more than €75, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we cannot guarantee delivery of the package.
